Section 1:
All Federal elections will be held on paper and hand counted to avoid fraud. The states can choose if they want early voting or not. Early voting will be held the entire week prior to election day. The individual ballot counting can begin upon receipt of the ballot but not reported until polls open on election day.
Section 2:
All districts of all states must provide an updated voter roll by the last day of any fiscal year that elections are held (mid- or full-term elections). Voter rolls must coincide with counted ballots and roll should consist of voter denomination (Republican, Democratic or Independent). If the ballot count exceeds voter roll, a hand recount must be held before certification can be made.
Section 3:
Absentee ballots can be requested by Disabled, Elderly or deployed Military personnel. All abled-bodied people must vote in person. Every voter has the right to vote for whoever they choose, regardless of who is on the ballot. Write-ins are a right that belong to the people.
Section 4:
Voter Eligibility:
Photo ID (valid and not expired), Voter Registration Card, and Proof of US Citizenship
Section 5:
All Federal elections will be held, counted and reported by the Army Nation Guard of each state to avoid fraud and cheating. We the People demand, deserve free and fair elections.
